Mary is entering her fourth year as our team captain for the Walk to End Alzheimer's. She organizes our team's fundraisers and keeps the whole crew energized and connected. If you'd like to join the team, donate, or plug into a fundraiser, Mary is your go-to.

The Promise Garden

A flower for every story.

The Promise Garden at the Walk to End Alzheimer's is a symbol of personal dedication to the cause. Each color flower represents a person's connection to Alzheimer's.

  • Yellow: A person who is supporting or caring for someone living with Alzheimer's.

  • Blue: Someone currently living with Alzheimer's or another dementia.

  • Purple: An individual who has lost someone to the disease.

  • Orange: A participant who supports the cause and the Association's vision of a world without Alzheimer's and other dementia.
